The Freedom on the Net reports provide analytical reports and numerical ratings regarding the state of Internet freedom for countries worldwide. The countries surveyed represent a sample with a broad range of geographical diversity and levels of economic development, as well as varying levels of political and media freedom. The level of filtering was classified in 26 countries in 2007 and in 25 countries in 2009.
Watson said women don’t have a need that has to be filled.
“Instead their philosophy is: ‘Please don’t waste my time,’” she said.“They are less likely to play games,” Stelle said.
Due to legal concerns the Open Net Initiative does not check for filtering of child pornography and because their classifications focus on technical filtering, they do not include other types of censorship.
Through 2010 the Open Net Initiative had documented Internet filtering by governments in over forty countries worldwide.

As of October 2017 Freedom House has produced eight editions of the report, the first in 2009 surveyed 15 countries, In addition the 2012 report identified seven countries that were at particular risk of suffering setbacks related to Internet freedom in late 2012 and in 2013: Azerbaijan, Libya, Malaysia, Pakistan, Rwanda, Russia, and Sri Lanka.
At the time the Internet in most of these countries was a relatively open and unconstrained space for free expression, but the countries also typically featured a repressive environment for traditional media and had recently considered or introduced legislation that would negatively affect Internet freedom.
The researchers found traditional online coding terms used to describe younger generations seem to “miss some key elements relevant for ads placed by older adults.”Watson and Stelle suggest online sites geared at those over 60 might want to consider adding personal characteristics such as affection, intelligence, independence, purpose and goals, religion and spirituality, political beliefs, health and status.
Interestingly, the language of seniors’ online ads was different when describing themselves and what they were looking for in a relationship.
“They want to make a decision quickly and cut their losses, because they have learned life is too short for dating games.”In the future, Watson and Stelle will continue their research and expand the analysis within the and dating sites.Tags: Adult Dating, affair dating, sex dating
